Dim Wisdom - (Set time: 9:00 PM)
Dim Wisdom
Formed in 2001, straight from NYC, Dim Wisdom has been playing Rock with Hip-Hop and Pop influences all over the tri-state.

More than anything the members of Dim Wisdom are music fans with a wide variety of tastes across different genres. Their music incorporates these different genres and hopefully blurs the edges so they blend together.

Omar Olivera, a native of Brooklyn currently living in Ozone Park, Queens, provides guitar and vocals. Gabriel Ortega, born in lower Manhattan and raised in Woodhaven, plays drums. They first performed with bassist John De Lao in 2001 at a 9/11 benefit concert at Cooper Union’s Great Hall. Omar and Gabriel played from 2001 till 2006 with bassist Ken Poveda, then Scott Fragala, and finally Aaron Peterson, performing at The Orange Bear, Acme Underground, and The Continental in Manhattan.

Scott Fragala has returned and hails from White Plains, NY. Along with Dim Wisdom, Scott also plays bass for the Anti Folk group The Everybody Knows, and the Jazz trio Dlus. K-Smith, a native of Brooklyn, has become a recent addition contributing his rhymes to much of their new material.

In March of 2009 they recorded "Adjust" at Emandee Studios in Brooklyn and have just released their 4 song EP "Jump" on their site www.dimwisdom.net free for download.

Natalie Jude - (Set time: 8:00 PM)

Natalie has played at many venues in the New York Metropolitan area and is a regular at the Studio 12 Open Mic in Montclair NJ. She is currently producing her first record The Infinite Love EP with producer Nat Webb of the band Talking to Walls.
Bullet Proof Tongue - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
Bullet Proof Tongue
Band members Ken Poveda(Bass), Rob (drums/vocals), and Nick Clough(guitar).

The music emanates from a metallic punk, thrash, and surf rock source that introduces Zappa to Primus. Meandering among these waves, the proverbial sea splits as vocals rip from their drummer. Rhythmic arrangements layer lyrics directly on strong percussion beats that remind us of calls from the throats of wild frogs to deep bellows from that of titanic beasts. Guitarist Nick and Bassist Ken play with enough power to light up a small neighborhood, and wake us with curiosity to visit one of their upcoming shows. These New York natives are indeed restless.

Our goal is to make you guys groove out with you asses shakin and rock you harder then you've ever been rocked before.

And that we shall do.

Come to our shows.
Listen to our music.
Hang with us.

be cool.
iLL Pastel - (Set time: 11:00 PM)
iLL Pastel
iLL Pastel is composed of friends who's musical backgrounds and sonic characteristics twist and turn to shape the musical pieces that they create.

The songs are individual statements and questions.

Hey guys. My name is Jonathan Dobin and I am the drummer for iLL Pastel (I also lik-a da singing with Oren if I am feeling extra squirrely.) I started playing trumpet in the 5th grade, and then started learning drums after I got a drum kit for my Bar-Mitzvah. After that I started learning guitar so I could songlead at a jewish summer camp (Greene Family Camp Whooo.)

Some of the influential drummers that drive me are Chad Sexton, Travis Barker, Steve Jordan, Neil Peart, and of course…Carter Beauford. As far as musical influences go, I have got to go with the Dave Matthews Band, Biggie, Big L, Boston, and most of all…The Beatles (I guess that is too many B’s in a row, but oh well)

Also I am obsessed with South Park (...like more than a friend)

Love all those who love music.

Hello. My name is Jesse Starr and I am a guitarist in the band Ill Pastel. I have always been surrounded by music. But after I saw my friend play a solo in a disturbingly authentic Whinnie The Pooh outfit, I got my hands on a guitar and became partially consumed. My complete envelopment came from moving to New York, doin the do, and starting this grand venture called Ill Pastel.

There are a couple of artists that have molded me into what I am today, they are: Kaki King, Radiohead, Incubus, Bach, Led Zeppelin, King Crimson, Bush, My Morning Jacket, Circa Survive, A Perfect Circle, Wes Montgomery, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, The Beatles, The Mars Volta, Dredg, and David Gilmour.

I am Oren Kadosh. I sing, usually with my voice. Music has been my life since I was 10 years old. Jesse and I wrote our first song in the 8th grade. It sucked royally, but the good news is that that didn't stop us. I moved to New York to turn some entirely too trite emotional angst into even more songs.

My personal demigods of the vocal art: Anthony Green, Brandon Boyd, Irwin Sparkes, Sinatra, Robert Plant, Cedric Bixler Zavala, Alanis Morissette, Janis, Farrokh Bulsara, John Lennon, Paul Mccartney, Michael Jackson, Colm Wilkinson, Neil Young, Bob Dylan (yes, I said it), Gavin Hayes, Bradley Nowell, and Thom motherfuckin Yorke.
