The tour was also Emily's first time directing such a moving performance piece.

Emily is a constant performer playing her guitar, ukulele, and singin her heart out. She can also play the flute and piccolo which can be heard on some of Emily's demo tracks.
La Petite Celine - (Set time: 7:00 PM)
La Petite Celine
Born and raised in Manhattan, Celine started playing the piano when she was 7 years old, but you can definitely say she has been a performer since birth. Even at age 4 and 5, whenever her parents would have guests over, Celine always took it upon herself to act as the main source of entertainment- putting on shows, singing, dancing and even making paper jewelry for the invited guests.
Though piano lessons proved successful, Celine grew bored of reading other people's music and quickly realized she enjoyed much more writing her own. At 10 years old, she wrote her first piano ballad.
She then found her voice at age 12. She joined her school chorus and band (as a percussionist) and needless to say, they became her favorite classes.
With her new found singing voice and musical knowledge and training, Celine started putting lyrics to music and began to create song. At 15 years old, Celine discovered her mother's dusty nylon string guitar and immediately fell in love. She taught herself to play and from there, Celine was off to the races, constantly playing and always writing. But she wanted more. The thrill it gave her was incomparable to anything else. She she proceeded to teach herself trumpet, mandolin and a little ukelele as well.
Celine still lives in New York City and with a good number of original songs under her belt is ready to share herself with New York.
And with all the support she has received from the people around her in this beautiful city, Celine invites you to experience her art, her truth and to watch her grow even more.

Rachel Lynn - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
Rachel Lynn
Rachel Lynn is a classically trained singer who adds passionate words to pop/soul original music. Her sound encompasses that of a passionate singer/songwriter who was raised on 90's pop and Motown.

Losing her mother at a young age taught Rachel that life is too short to waste. Her mother was a classically trained flutist and music teacher before returning to school to devote her life to helping others as a social worker. She understood Rachel’s young love for music and encouraged her daughter to pursue that dream, even landing Rachel her first audition with the Peabody Children’s Choir. Rachel began to study voice privately and went on to student-conduct several choral singing ensembles.

Having studied music at The University of Maryland, College Park, Rachel has performed throughout the Maryland/Virginia/Washington, D.C. region as a solo artist and has also been fortunate enough to perform with ensemble groups at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center in College Park, Maryland. Rachel has taught vocal technique both privately and in a workshop setting, truly allowing her love for the craft of singing to shine through in every aspect of her career.

Since relocating to NYC, Rachel has performed at numerous venues including Pianos, Sullivan Hall, The Living Room, Arlene's Grocery, Ella Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall and The Trash Bar. She was recently named one of New Music Seminar's Top 100 Artists on the Verge for 2014 and was featured in publications such as The Philadelphia Examiner, Songwriter Monthly, and Venture Magazine following the release of her acoustic EP in August of 2012.

Rachel is currently recording a full band EP to be released in 2014.
